Patti Lee Kasper, 77, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Hospice in Toledo. Patti was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 5, 1939 to Robert and Virginia Eppard. She was employed by Lucas County Job and Family Services for many years before retiring in 2002. Patti was very active in the community. She was involved in the Oregon Community Theater, Red Hat Society, Card Club, Book Club, Quilt Club and the Ladies of Autumn. Patti was also an avid crocheter, knitter and reader. Surviving are her sons, John and Robert; grandchildren, Vanessa, Janelle and Ryan; and great grandchildren, Gabriella and Sophia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 40 years, Jack Kasper. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Oregon Community Theater.
