Paul R. Godbout, 94, of Perrysburg, passed away June 4, 2009. He was born on March 6, 1915 in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph and Dena (Rouiller) Godbout. Paul served in the Army and was a member of the V.F.W. and the American Legion. He was a sheet metal worker for Throm Services for 25 years. Paul was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Paul is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rose Marie (Don) Detlef; grandchildren, Lisa (Mark) Kitchen, Wayne (Naomi) Smith, Danielle DeMuth, David (Cindy) Smith, Elizabeth (Eric) Bean; 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Roseline; daughter, Camille Smith. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 721 White Street, Toledo where the family will greet friends beginning at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
