Pauline Pokrzywa, 82, of Oregon, OH passed away November 30, 2005 in Hospice of NW Ohio. She was born on March 31, 1923 in Madison, Maine to Joseph and Bessie (Jackson) Thibodeau. She was a loving, nurturing mother of eight children. In her spare time, Pauline enjoyed collecting dolls, crocheting afghans, and working puzzles. She also volunteered for the Board of Elections. Pauline will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She had a beautiful smile and her laughter was enjoyed by all. Surviving are her children, Lydia (Dennis) Chojnacki, Michael (Debbie) Pokrzywa, Karen Herbert, Patricia Pokrzywa, John (Patricia) Pokrzywa, Mary Wolf, Eileen (John) Paquette; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Olive Hickey, Berta Martino. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank and son, Kenneth. Family and friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, Millbury, Ohio on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with interment following in Calvary Cemetery.
