Pauline T. Voorhees, 85, formerly of Toledo, OH passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Orchard Villa. Predeceased by husband, Paul C. and sons, Mark D. and Paul C. Voorhees Jr. In addition to her parents, Eva and John Kochanski, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary, Eleanor, Stella, Julia, Sr. Mary Alexia SND (formerly Genevieve Kochanski) and Evelyn; brother, Conrad "Al" and Eugene "Buttons" Kochanski. She is survived by 3 granddaughters, Nicole (Tom) Leteracki of Howell, MI, Shannon (Joshua) Anderson of Toledo, OH and Clarissa Voorhees of Toledo, Ohio. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Altar Rosary Society, Daughters of Isabella, St. Charles Hospital Guild, St. Vincent DePaul Circle 410, associate member of American Legion Post #93, Christ Dunberger Post and the East Toledo Senior Center where she loved playing Euchre and Bingo. Friends and family may visit at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 729 White St., Toledo, OH on Tuesday, December 30, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Sisters of Notre Dame, Hospice of Northwest Ohio or charity of the donor's choice.
