Pauline J. Whitmore, 94, of Northwood, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 26, 1916 to Frank and Della (McCrary) Artz. Pauline was a homemaker and enjoyed ceramics, bowling, and traveling. She was a member of The Fathers House Church where she was an active member. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Pauline is survived by her children, Raymond Whitmore and Dan (Elsie) Whitmore; grandchildren, Terri Shirey, Art, John, Tim, Joel, Kirk, and Eric Whitmore. Also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Arthur T. Whitmore. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, on Monday from 10:00 am -12 Noon and 2:00-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Willow Cemetery.
