Phillip C. Kelley, 75, of Delta, Ohio, passed away on May 9, 2024. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 24, 1948 to Phillip and Opal (Parson) Kelley. Phillip graduated from Central Catholic High School, Class of 1966 where he was a standout football player, receiving All City Honors and would eventually have his helmet retired. He went on to receive his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College and continued his education obtaining his Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo. Phillip proudly served his country in the United States Air Force where he was a pilot for several years. He also worked in the Peace Corps for 2 years. Phillip worked as a union organizer and become the Vice President of MEBA. He was a nature lover and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his siblings, Sandra (Richard) Juers, Patrick (Judy) Kelley, Colonel Kevin Ret. USMC (Sue) Kelley; and many nieces, nephews and loving family members. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Larimore; parents and sister, Lea Ann Kelley.

In accordance with Phillip's wishes, services will be private.
