Phyllis M. Mills, 83, passed away on August 19, 2015 at her home. She was born in Springdale, West Virginia on September 10, 1931 to Issac and Irene (Woldridge) Johnson. Phyllis enjoyed shopping, was an outstanding cook, loved entertaining and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed. Phyllis is survived by children, Carolyn (Saul) Yanez, Carl (Carol) Neff Jr., Connie (Ronald) Hiner, Ray Mills, Debbie (Chuck) Spiller; grandchildren, Angela Yanez (Marcos) Dominguez, Jeremy (Andrea) Neff, Christopher (Amy) Hiner, Tara (Adam) Peters, Ray Jr., Charity, Josh and Catelyn Mills, Ashley Spiller, Brittany (Ruben) Sauceda; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Allen L. Mills Jr., brother, Elmer Johnson; grandson, Brandon Yanez, daughter-in-law, Angel Mills, ex-husband and good friend, Carl Neff. A memorial service will take place at Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private.
