Phyllis May Otto (Stok), 86, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on February 4, 2026 at in Oregon with her family by her side. She was born on May 12, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio to Otto and Roycie (Hoxcie). Phyllis spent the majority of her childhood in Whitefish, Montana. She was very proud of her pioneer heritage. After high school, Phyllis joined the Marine Corps, where she met her future husband, Duane Otto. Duane preceded Phyllis is death after 48 years of marriage. Phyllis and Duane kept a beautiful garden in their backyard. This garden was the centerpiece for memories at Phyllis' house. Phyllis loved canning fruits and vegetables. Her homemade applesauce was something the family looked forward to every Fall. Whenever visiting with Phyllis, you would always appreciate her framed cross-stitch and handmade quilts.

Phyllis is survived by her children, Cheryl (Tom) Babiuch, Dawn McAtee and Matt (Terri) Otto; Grandchildren, Damian (Lani) and Ty (Samantha) McAtee, Hannah (Josh) Michael ,Shelby and Curtis Otto; 4 great grandchildren.
