Phyllis V. Yoxthimer Phyllis V. Yoxthimer, 62, of Oregon, Ohio passed away Monday, October 4, 2004 at Arbors of Oregon. Surviving are her children, Michael ( Christine) Evans, Kennedy Evans, Marie Evans, Alvin and Richard Yoxthimer; sister Jean (Charles) Evans; 4 grandchildren. There will be no visitation.
