Ralph H. Coutcher, 74, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 in his home with his wife and family by his side. Ralph was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 17, 1942 to Wellington and Doris (Harris) Coutcher; who preceded him in death along with 2 siblings and step daughter Rose. He was a retired Boilermaker from Local 85. Ralph was a member of Cedar Creek Church, Rossford F.O.E. and VFW Post 2984 Northwood. Surviving are his loving wife of 11 years, Patricia; children, Aundrea (Jamie) Coutcher, Bryan Coutcher; stepchildren, Penny TenEyck, Lisa (Randy) Rowe, Bob Brockman; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 7 siblings. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 pm and on Wednesday at 3 pm with services at 5:00 pm. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road.
