Ralph Duvall, 74, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on July 12, 2026. He was born in Toledo, on February 24, 1952 to the late Ralph and Maryam Duvall.

Ralph was a man who loved company and would often go to churches to enjoy meals with friends or take walks just to see who he could see along the way. Many people in the community knew him as "Popeye" because he always had a pipe in his mouth.

He is survived by 5 brothers and 1 sister. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. A funeral service will begin at 12:30pm. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery.
