Ramona J. McMillen, 69, of Temperance, Michigan passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at her residence. Ramona was born on January 9, 1948 in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph H. and Cora Jennie (Doran) Foxhuber Sr. In 1966, Ramona graduated from Whitney Vocational High School. She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband, Kenneth F. McMillen. Ramona is survived by her sons, Joseph P. Cuttaia III, Kevin M. (Shannon) Cuttaia; precious granddaughter, Allison Nicole Cuttaia; brothers, Joseph H. Foxhuber Jr., Michael D. ( Annette) Foxhuber, Mark S. Foxhuber, Chris ( Christine) Foxhuber, Ralph P. ( Harriette) Foxhuber, Thomas J. Foxhuber, and John M. Foxhuber; sister, Jennie L. Tindale; along with many nieces, nephews whom she loved dearly.
