Randolph W. Klaus, 75, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 23, 1943 to Frederick and Maxine (Calkins) Klaus. While serving in the United States Navy, he was pallbearer for President John F. Kennedy Jr's funeral and served aboard the USS Randolph. Randy later worked at the Toledo Zoo and as a float handler for Toledo's holiday parades. He was a longtime member of All Saints Episcopal Church and was a verger at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Randy is survived by his sisters, Patricia Haynes and Sharon Williams; along with many loving family members and friends. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Capel, 440 S. Coy Road on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 12:00 pm until time of memorial service at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to All Saints Episcopal Church.
