Raymond A. Nichols, Jr., 47, passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2014 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 15, 1967 to Raymond Sr. and Mary (Rollins) Nichols. Raymond worked in maintenance at Sterling Pipe and Tube. He loved hunting and fishing and was known for being able to fix anything. Ray'™s real love was spending time with his children, whom he adored. Raymond is survived by his children, Johnathan, Benjamin, Thomas and Faith; parents, Raymond and Mary Nichols; brothers, Matthew (Tina) and Lance (Sarah); 3 nieces; 2 nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Thursday, October 9, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with rosary services at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Friday at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
