Rebecca J. Wells, of East Toledo, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2005, in her home. She was born on April 30, 1973, to Chester and Alice ( Watson) Pieper in Oregon, Ohio. Rebecca had been a legal assistant for Phillips & Lyon Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. She liked Tweety-Bird and frogs, and enjoyed surfing the Internet. She is survived by her husband, Daniel; parents, Chester and Alice Pieper; sisters, Melanie K. (Patrick) Utter, Tamara S. DuPont and Patricia L. (Scott) Sundermeier; brothers, David A. (Regina) and Chester A. (Tracy) Pieper Jr.; stepchildren, Kandis, Bryan and Patrick Wells; one grandchild and special nieces; nephews; great nephew; aunts and uncles. Friends and family may visit from 2-9 p.m. on Thursday July 14, 2005, at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, where services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy may direct their memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Millbury or the Mayo Clinic of Scottsdale Arizona.
