Richard Beltran, 49, of Oregon, OH passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2004. He was born in Curtice, OH on October 11, 1954 to Alfonso and Angelita (Loya) Beltran. Rick was employed as a mechanic for the Crown Cork & Seal Co. for 23 years. He enjoyed all sports, collecting baseball cards, coached little league in Oregon, and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Surviving are his son, Clayt; daughter, Cindy (Frank) Underwood; brothers, Joe (Kay) Martinez, Alfonso (Leonor) Loya, Mariano Loya; sisters, Antonia (Arnold) Cardenas, Natividad (Tomas) Hernandez, Rosa Beltran; nephew, Michael Beltran; grandchildren, Haley and Dylan Underwood and special friend, Chris Beltran. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, 440 S.
