Richard H. Foss, 78, of Martin, Ohio passed away on July 17, 2017 at Promedica Toledo Hospital. He was born in Martin, Ohio on September 18, 1938 to William and Marie (Younker) Foss. Richard is a Veteran of the US Army and served during the onset of the Vietnam War. He worked as a pattern cutter for LOF for 34 years before retiring in 1991. Richard is survived by his wife Carol; daughters, Lisa (Anthony) Maletich and Wendy (Seth) Alder; grandchildren, Dominic, Vincent and Lydia Maletich, Aeden and Avery Alder. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd. (East of I-280) on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 17877 W. State Route 579, Martin, Ohio at 11:00 a.m. The family will greet friends at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Elliston Cemetery.
