Richard "Rick" A. Fowler, 55, of Curtice, Ohio passed away March 25, 2008 in his home. Rick was born in Washington, D.C. on September 11, 1952 to John E. and Ruth D. (Henderson) Fowler. He retired in 2006 after 36 years with Safeway Stores Inc., moving to Ohio in 2007 from Manassas, Virginia.  Rick loved music and traveling, but most of all spending time with his wife.  Rick is survived by Sue, his loving wife of 32 years; mother, Ruth D. Fowler; brothers, John (Colleen) and Michael Fowler; father and mother in-laws, Richard and Mary Belle Breier; sisters-in-law, Patti (John) Barber and Donna (Mike) Winslow; brothers-in-law, Dave (Marcia) Breier, Donald Breier and Gerald Breier; many adoring nieces and nephews. Rick was preceded in death by his father.  Friends and family may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, March 28, 2008 from 2-9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.  Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Ricks memory are asked to consider Johns Hopkins Pancreatic Cancer Research, Baltimore, MD; Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Mark Lutheran Church, Woodville Road, Toledo.
