Richard L. Hartford, 64, of Toledo, OH passed away on November 28, 2006 in Concord Care Center. He was born in Toledo, OH on January 12, 1942 to Harold and Waneda (Elsea) Hartford.  Richard was employed by North Star as a truck driver.     He is survived by his children, Penny (Gary)Volkers, Richard Hartford, Charles (Kelly) Hartford, Sheri Hartford, Todd Hartford; 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; brothers, Butch, Bob, Bill and Danny Hartford;  sisters, Eleanor Cunningham and Sandy Hartford. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Harold Hartford.   Friends and family may call at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2 to 9 pm.  Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30 am with interment following in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Hartford family.
