Richard C. Hartman, 60, of Northwood, OH, passed away May 14, 2007, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, OH. He was born in Toledo, OH on January 17, 1947, to George and Rosalie Hartman. Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed as a saw technician at Kaufman Engineered Systems, Inc. after working 20 plus years in the drywall business. Richard was an avid fisherman and swimmer. Surviving are his loving wife, Ann; sisters, Debra Draft and Jeanne Jones; mother-in-law, Dorothy Oppe; sisters-in-law, Deb (Keith) Dorans, Shirley (Arthur) Patznick and Sue (John) Kwiatkowski, and many nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kay Miner. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 19, 2007 in Christ United Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Ext., Oregon, Ohio at 11:00 a.m. where family will greet friends at 9:30 a.m. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Richard's memory are asked to consider Christ United Methodist Church.
