Obituary

Richard L. 'œDick' Heber, 76, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, surrounded by his loving family. Dick was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 14, 1935 to Alfred and Isabelle (Rodocker) Heber. He was a 1953 graduate of Waite High School where he was an active member of the marching band. On February 11, 1956, he married Jacquelyn Bylow. Dick was employed for 33 years with the Bostwick Braun Company, as a warehouse foreman, retiring in 1985. Following retirement, he was employed with Janney'™s Ace Hardware. Dick was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians, and Cleveland Browns. He enjoyed fishing and played drums in many local dance bands. Dick is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jacquelyn; children, Jeff (Sandy) Heber, Ric (Lori) Heber, and Debbie (Greg) Williams; grandchildren, Heather (Ryan) Sheehy, Mike (Lindsay) Williams, Matt (Christina) Williams, Sarah Heber, and Ricky (Lauryn) Heber; great-grandchildren, Kirstin, Alexia, and Beckett; sister, Jean Van Sickle; and brother, William Heber. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Wednesday, July 25th from 2:00-9:00 pm where funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm.
