Richard O. Hostetter, 83, of Oregon, OH passed away November 15, 2006 at Hospice of Ohio. He was born in Toledo, OH on May 29, 1923 to Carl and Theola (Patterson) Hostetter. Richard was employed by Cleveland Tankers as a chief engineer for 36 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the former Lotus Lodge #625, now the Paragon Lodge. He also was a very active member with the Hi-Twelve and the Zenobia Shrine Stewards.   Surviving is his sister, Bonnie Hostetter, cousins, Robert and Charles Patterson and Virginia Hanningan. Richard was preceded in death by his parents.   Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Sunday, November 19, 2006 from 1-9 p.m. with Paragon Services at 7:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Paragon Lodge or Shriners Children Hospital.
