Richard E. Moore, 54, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at his residence. Rick was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 20, 1963 to Eugene and Carolyn (Warriner) Moore. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps after 8 years as a Gunnery Sergeant. Following military service, Rick worked for the United States Postal Service. Rick is survived by his siblings, Bruce, Jill, and Jeffrey. He was preceded in death by his mother. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 4:00 pm until time of funeral service at 7:00 pm.
