Richard 'œDick' J. Plumb, 77, of Northwood, Ohio passed away October 19, 2014 at the Willows Rehab in Oregon, OH. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 13, 1937 to Earl S. and Marybelle (Plummer) Plumb. Dick was a Clay High School graduate. He had been employed with Lucas County Human Resource in the security department. Dick enjoyed gardening, cooking and finding new recipes to make, growing flowers, his dog Lola, and most of all following his grandchildren'™s soccer games. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Joyce A.; daughter and son-in-law, Candice A, (John A.) Kamann; grandchildren, Justin A., Chelsie A. and Emily N. Kamann. Dick was preceded in death by his son, Rick J.; parents; and brother, Earl Carlyle. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Millbury Chapel, 1111 Woodville Road, on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in Christ United Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Avenue Extension, on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and where the family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
