Richard Rick Heston Sparks Jr., 53, of Toledo, Ohio passed away September 17, 2007 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo on May 27, 1954 to Richard Sr. and Peggy (Cook) Sparks. Rick had been employed as a car inspector for the CSX Railroad and enjoyed watching Michigan football and baseball Surviving are his parents; sisters, Judith (Mike) Honsberger of Valrico, FL and Ruth Ellen Nicholas of Twin Bridges, CA; brother, John Sparks of Toledo, OH and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, on Thursday from 9 am until the time of the funeral service at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery.
