Ricky F. Bischoff, 54 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at his residence. Ricky was born in Oregon, Ohio on February 28, 1958 to Paul and Betty (Dillon) Bischoff. Ricky worked as an auto mechanic for Roadway Trucking. He is survived by siblings, Sandra (Dan) Coutcher and Doug Bischoff. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ron Bischoff.
