Obituary

Robert J. Clark, 76, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away Sunday, June 3, 2007, in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Robert was born in Toledo on January 24, 1931, to Albert and Eunice (English) Clark. Bob and Marcella were married in Angola, Indiana on July 31, 1950. Mr. Clark was a retired Master Sergeant in the US Air Force. He then taught school for 7 years at Lincoln Technical School and 15 years in the Warren Township School System in Indianapolis, Indiana before his retirement in 1993. Bob was a member of Paragon Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite (Indianapolis), East Toledo Hi-12; Order of Eastern Star (Rantoul, IL), Walbridge VFW, Air Force Sergeants Association, American Military Association and the Retired Enlisted Men's Association. Bob and Marcella loved to travel and spent their winters in Gulf Shores, AL and their summers in Port Clinton where they loved to fish. Surviving are his loving wife of 57 years, Marcella; sisters, Louise Watters and Mary Good; brother in law, Robert Reisser; sister in law, Gloria (Hank) Mullett; nephews, Alan (Liz) Reisser, Bill (Dorinda) Good, Jay Mullett and Gene Mullett; nieces, Sheila (Sam) Gamble, Mary Louise (Terry) Breymaier, Meg Lent, Dawn (Michael) Gauthier and Kelly (Thomas) Veitch and many loving great nieces, and great nephews. Friends may call in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Coy Road at Starr Avenue, where visitation will be Tuesday from 2 to 9 p.m. Masonic services will be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with interment following in Toledo Memorial Park. The family would like to send special thanks to the staff and nurses in St. Charles step down CCU and everyone at Hospice on River Road for all their loving care for Bob.
