Robert Dwayne Russell, 92, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on January 23, 2026 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 17, 1933 in Millbury, Ohio to Raymond and Lula (Lusher). Bob enjoyed traveling and fishing. Bob also enjoyed spending time in Florida. He worked as a millwright for LOF for many years before enjoying retirement with his late wife, Joyce. He was also a proud Mason. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bob also served as an apartment Manager in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii for over 5 years.

Bob is survived by his loving children, Cynthia (Tommy) Bruechert, James (Maria) Russell, Jon Russell; grandchildren, Steve (Sara), Chad (Julie), Candice (Mark), Jessie (Kim), Claudia (Jeff), Andrea (Gary), Monica (David); 17 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren and many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Joyce; son, Jim; and parents.

Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Friday, January 30 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, January 31 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
