Robert "Bob" Sackett, 83, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. He was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania on August 27. He graduated from Bradford High School and then proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Bob worked as a Machinist and Welder for the Boeing Rockwell Company for 30 years before retiring in 1994. He married Mary (Miner) on July 1, 1989. In his earlier years he enjoyed going camping and bowling. Bob enjoyed woodworking and listening to blue grass music. Bob is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mary; children, Terry (Calder) Boose, Luann (Scott) Teter, Danette Roberts, David (Becky) Nero; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 South Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 6:00 p.m.
