Robert  C. Walters Jr., 68, of  Sarasota, FL and formerly of Oregon, OH  passed away on  August 5, 2006 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo  on February 27, 1938 to Robert Sr. and Katherine (Dyar) Walters. Bob was employed as an iron worker with Local 55 for over 35 years,  retiring in 1998 with  Henry Gurtzweiler Inc..    He had a passion for aviation, after acquiring his pilot license he spent many of his adult years flying his airplanes.  Bob had moved to Florida for his retirement, where he enjoyed the warm climate and playing golf.   Surviving are his sons, Robert III (Deborah), Scott (Amy) and Timothy (Cyndi); brother, Thomas ( Judy); grandchildren, Robert IV, Timothy Jr., Seth, Max and Luke; niece, Kelly and nephew, Thomas Jr.. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Janet.     Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd.  on Monday, August 7, 2006 from 2 until 9 pm. Fr. Thomas Leyland will officiate  services  in the funeral home on Tuesday  at  11 am.   Interment will follow in Lake Township Cemetery.
