IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Lynn
Yoder
April 30, 1982 – February 1, 2026
Robert Lynn "Rob" Yoder, 43, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 1, 2026. Rob was born on April 30, 1982 in Lakeland, Florida to Ron Yoder and Pati Frazier.
Rob passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. He lived a life marked by deep connection, humor, and an unmistakable presence that drew people in. While addiction was a battle he faced, it never defined the man he truly was. Rob was so much more than his struggles; he was vibrant, loving, and full of life, with a generous heart and a spirit that could light up any room. He was deeply loved by his family and friends, and his impact will continue to be felt through the many lives he touched.
Rob found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially being outdoors. He loved fishing anywhere there was water and was especially fond of fishing for crappie. Time spent near the water brought him peace and happiness. He was also a passionate sports fan, proudly supporting the Minnesota Vikings and the Los Angeles Lakers, always ready for a lively conversation about the game.
He was a man who stayed busy, often starting new projects before finishing the old ones, driven by curiosity and a love for creating and fixing things. Rob had a true green thumb and took pride in his garden, where his patience and care were reflected in everything he grew.
Above all, Rob was an active and devoted father and a proud papa. His family meant everything to him, and he showed his love through his involvement, encouragement, and constant presence. He was the life of the party; full of laughter, stories, and energy. A natural prankster, Rob loved making people laugh and left behind countless fond memories that those who knew him will hold dear to their hearts.
Music was always part of Rob's life, with Tupac holding a special place among his favorites. Whether through music, laughter, or shared moments, Rob knew how to bring people together.
He will be remembered for his big heart, playful spirit, and the love he gave so freely. Rob's memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter echoed, and the love carried forward by all who were blessed to know him.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Marissa (Mikey), Alec (Marissa), Elycia, Rollin, Myleigh, and Jayson; grandchildren, Devin, Davino, Malia, Maiya, and Roman; parents, Ron Yoder and Pati Frazier; siblings, Amy, Mandy, and Kala; nephews, Collin, Logan, and Anthony; special cousins, Robert and Steve; former wife, Martina, who remained an important part of his life; and many close friends who became family, lovingly known as "his boys," a bond that meant the world to him.
Rob was preceded in death by his aunt, Sue; uncles, Pete and Nick; son-in-law, Dale; and his loyal companion and beloved dog, Blanco.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. at Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. where memorial services will begin at 6:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in honor of Rob may be made to the family, in care of Martina or via GoFundMe.
