Roger I. Moore, 60, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away May 12, 2008 at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital. He was born in Toledo, OH on August 9, 1947 to Melvin Sr. and Juanita (Bates) Moore. Roger was a 1965 graduate of Waite High School. He had been employed as a machinist with the DeVilbiss Corp. for 23 years, and most recently as a truck driver for Temp Glass. Roger was a member of Memorial United Church of Christ. .   Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years, Doris; children, Amy (Paul) Drake III and James Moore; mother, Juanita Moore; brothers, Melvin Jr., Stanley and William; sister, Bonita and grandchild, Paul Drake, IV. He was preceded in death by his father.  Visitation will be held in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. Oregon, Ohio on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Memorial United Church of Christ or the Christopher Reeve Foundation.  The family would like to extend many thanks to the Genoa Care Center for their many years of caring and support.
