Ronald J. Gwin, 64, of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on July 1, 2013 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 2, 1948 to Joe and Delphia (Powers) Gwin. He was employed as a consulting engineer by Middough & Associates for the last 17 years, with prior employment at SSOE and AVCA. Ron was a member of Main Street Church of Millbury. He will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved him. Surviving are his wife of 45 years of wonderful marriage, Roxy; children, Bob (Jennifer), Greg (Jeanne), Amy (Todd) Shelton, Randy (Marni); grandchildren, Chloe, Natalie, Lucas, Katie (Josh), Beth, Becca and Camden; great grandchildren, Rilee and Parker. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond. Family and friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park.
