Obituary

Ronald Frank Lee went to be with Jesus on May 8, 2013 from his daughter'™s home after a valiant year-and-a-half battle with cancer. Ron worked for American Ship Building Co. and The Paint Brush, from which he retired in 2007. He then moved to Glendale, AZ, where he worked for Moon Valley Bible Church for five years. Ron loved God and his family, and was an avid Montreal Canadians fan. He led his Lee clan well and his legacy of faith, family, and fun will continue. Ron is survived by his wife of 48 years, best friend, and dance partner Janice; daughter Kelly Ellis (Gary); sons Ram (December) and Aaron; grandsons Gary Lee Ellis, Gage Lee, and Dakota Lee; and brothers Garrett Lee and Loran Lee. He was preceded in death by his mom, Elaine Durbin and brother, Raymond Lee. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 until 8 p.m at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio and where his funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Curtice, Ohio. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Rons memory are asked to consider his family. All who knew Ron are comforted by the fact that for followers of Jesus, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
