Ronald W. Stiver, 69, of Toledo, Ohio passed away February 8, 2008. He was born in Maxwell, Indiana on January 9, 1939, to Paul and Flo (Cooper) Stiver. Ron was employed as a mold maker for Libbey Glass for 38 years, retiring in 2004. He is a U.S. Navy veteran serving from 1956 to 1959. Ron was also a member of the American Flint Glassworker's Union of North America. Surviving is his loving wife, Ruby of 34 years; daughters, Samantha (David) Cook, Leah Stiver; son, David Stiver; sisters, Norma (Ray) Williams, Marlene (Don) Rice; grandchildren, Dustin McDaniel, Zoe Cook and several nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Leah Meek.
