Rose Marie (Rosemary) Schmit, 86, of Perrysburg, Ohio, formerly of Bay Village, Ohio, passed away November 12, 2016. Rosemary was born in Saukville, Wisconsin on March 21, 1930 to Henry and Lucille (Glaeser) Tesker. On January 31, 1948, she married, Paul Schmit. A devoted wife and mother, Rosemary enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and playing bridge. "Roe", as she preferred to be called, is survived by her children, Pauline (Rich) Jones, James Schmit, Wendy Zieger, Nancy (Steve) Hegedus, and Barry (Amy) Schmit; 14 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren, and many loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; and sister, Joan Janke. Private services and interment will be held in Waubeka, Wisconsin.
