Rose Ann Siegler, 89, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Landings of Oregon (formerly known as Lane Park). She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 6, 1929 to Dallas and Bertha (McLaughlin) Wahl. She married Donald Siegler June 24, 1954. They had 48 adventurous years together. Her favorite times were with family. She loved the reunions when all of her extended family were together in one place. She enjoyed being with her church family at Bono Baptist Church where she was an active member for nearly 50 years. She had such a servant heart, giving of herself to so many. In fact, she is known as "Mom" to many more children than to whom she gave birth. She was employed by Mercy St Charles Hospital prior to her early retirement and was a volunteer for the Toledo Food Bank and a Precinct Chairman for voting in her precinct for many years.
Rose is survived by her children, Terry (Norma) Basham, Dawn (Warren) Wells, Ann (Jeff) Menter, Amber Sayen, and Don Siegler II; brother-in-law , Jack Smallwood; 9 grandchildren, Christopher (Karen), Colbe, Stormy, Candi (Cory), A.J.(Kiara), Autumn (Phil), Kenny, Chad (Lexi), and Devin; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild with another on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Bertha; her husband, Donald; siblings, Betty, Bob, and Dorthy Mae; and daughter-in-law, Leetta.
A special thank you to the Landings of Oregon from "Miss Rose" and her family for your kind care and loving friendships.
