Roxie N. Lepper, 79, of Bono, Ohio passed away on November 30, 2013 at her place of residence in Genoa Care Center. She was born on August 19, 1934 to Cecil and Eleanor (Morrison) Soncrant. Roxie was a long time devoted member of Clay Center Presbyterian Church, where she enjoyed the friendship of her small, but caring group of friends, especially Bob and Kathy Purney.
Roxie retired from White Rock Quarry in Clay Center, Ohio. Aside from work, she enjoyed traveling and dining out with her special friend, Ms. Billie Gates. She also enjoyed her daily talks with her special friend, Mr. Donald Novotney of Florida.
Roxie is survived by her son, Glen (Beth) Lepper; sisters, Mildred Lowe and Mary Ann Zunk; brother, Cecil (Delores) Soncrant, sister-in-law Emma Mae Soncrant; grandchildren, James (Valerie) Weyandt, Ashley (Dan) Blilie, Nathaniel Weyandt, Darin McNalley and Adam (Kelly) McNalley; great grandchild, Landon McNalley; and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughters, Kim McNalley and Wendy Weyandt; and brother, Eugene 'œPunk' Soncrant.
A graveside memorial service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery on Saturday, December 7 at 11:00 a.m. Those wishing an expression of sympathy in Roxie'™s name are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Clay Center Presbyterian Church.
