Ruth Robeson, 74, of Oregon, OH passed away April 11, 2007 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ehrenfeld, PA on June 17, 1932 to William Sr. and Minnie (Flick) Guminy. Ruth had been employed as an operator at Ohio Bell, and as an assembler at Libbey Glass, retiring in 1970. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church of Oregon and the Oregon Senior Center. She was a volunteer for the American Red Cross Blood Mobile and the Maumee Valley Baptist Center.   Surviving Ruth is her loving husband of 53 yrs., George; son, Edward; daughters, Kathy  and Doreen; sisters, Olive Mock, Pauline Weber, Janet (Robert) Schwab and Frances (John) Racz;  granddaughters, Nicole (Rev. Ken) Fouty and sons, Kenneth Lee III and Edward Lincoln , Barbie (Andrew) Shepherd and daughter, Lucy Jean; grandson, Joseph Robeson; many nieces and nephews and special friend, Gladys Snyder.  Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and brother, William Guminy Jr.   Visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 from 12 to 9 pm in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. where funeral services will be conducted on Saturday at 1 pm.  Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park.
