Ruth M. Schimming, 87, of Williston, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 7, 2011 in Otterbein Portage Valley. Mrs. Schimming was born in Gibsonburg on March 29, 1923 to Mr.and Mrs. Harmon Kasischke. Ruth was a loving wife and farmer, helping with her husband Raymond who preceded her in death in 2007. She was a lifelong member of St. John Lutheran Church in Williston. Surviving are her son, Ronald E. (Judy) Schimming; grandchildren, Patrick (Darlene) Schimming, Wendy Orcutt, and Matthew (Jenni) Schimming; great granddaughter, Payton Schimming. Graveside services and interment in Allen Township Cemetery for Ruth will scheduled for later in the spring. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Williston.
