Ruth I, Stevens, 82, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2005 in St. Luke's Hospital. Ruth was born in Toledo on August 6, 1923 to Harold and Marian (Cooper) Stevens. Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Susan Nagy, Tom and Jeffery Stevens, Mark, Scott, Matthew and Chip Miller. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1:00 pm in the Eggleston Meinert Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel 440 S. Coy Road, Oregon, Ohio where visitation will begin at 10:00 am until services begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Willow Cemetery. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Ruth's memory are asked to consider either the Lucas County Board of Mental Retardation or Heartland of Browning.
