Samantha Symington, 28, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020. She was born in Bowling Green, Ohio to Bobbi (Symington). She graduated from Northwood High School and later worked as an STNA. Samantha was a very caring person, although sometimes not the most vocal about it, instead she would show it through her actions. Over the years life has thrown so many challenges her way, but she always seemed to come out of them with a smile on her face. Everyone she met walked away knowing how kind her heart really was. Samantha loved playing softball, reading, writing and crafting. She was also very passionate about traveling and owls. Her family and friends absolutely meant the most to her. Samantha was the most beautiful, precious, loving and caring daughter, sister, friend and aunt. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. Samantha is survived by her mother, Bobbi (John) Gercak; siblings, Amanda, Big Zach, Lil Zach, Miranda; grandparents, Diane (John), Linda; aunts, Michele, Christine, Lisa, Brandy, Deanna, Becky; uncles, Edward, Tom, Brian; nephew, Miles; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Barb, Robert, Paul; and Uncle Paul. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S.
