Sandra M. Grimmett, 68 of Oregon Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Otterbein Portage Valley, Pemberville Ohio. Sandy was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on June 9, 1948. She had worked as a supervisor for Aramark for 14 years. In her spare time Sandy enjoyed bowling but her true passion was spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Douglas; sons, Douglas II (Shelley), Kevin (Sandra), Scott Grimmett; grandchildren, Anastasia, Paige, James, Nikki; great grandson, Ayden; sister, Sherrie Sneade. Sandy was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Collier. Visitation will be held Saturday at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home Oregon, Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm with funeral services beginning at 3:00 pm. Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy in Sandy's memory are asked to consider the American Cancer Society.
