Sandra K. Lopez, 69, of Pemberville, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 28, 2023 with her husband Henry by her side. Sandra was born December 20, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio to Roy and Hazel (Morgan) Plummer. On May 20, 1977, she married the love of her life, Henry Lopez. She was a woman of high integrity and strong believer in the democratic party and union organization. Sandra was employed with Jeep in the paint department 26 years and held numerous positions with UAW Local 12. Her greatest joys came from spending time with her family and caring for her animals & birds. Sandra had an extensive collection of snow globes, and Disney memorabilia and loved to chew bubble gum.

Sandra is survived by the love of her life of 45 years, Henry; son, Scott Lopez; grandchildren, Solana Lopez and Jesse Lopez; and siblings, Robert (Kathy) Plummer, Thomas (Donna) Plummer, Pam (Hasan) Awada, and Roy Plummer Jr. Preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road Friday, February 3, 2023 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Funeral services Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment: Restlawn Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Toledo Humane Society.
