Sandra Sine McKinney-Fowler, 72, passed away on March 6, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Fredrick Sr. and Ruth (Elzenheimer) Sine. Everyone who knew Sandra knows that she had nine lives. Many times she should not have survived the struggles she has been through in her lifetime. Sandra was a past President of the Harry E. Pond post #99. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother who cherished her family and loved spending time with each and every one of them. She will be greatly missed by all. Sandra is survived by her daughters, Vicky (Jeff) Riebe, Debra (Richard) Black; stepchildren, Lisa (Jim) Hanson, Dotty (Rico) DomDera; sons, David (Pat) Fowler, Lloyd 'œBuddy' (Teresa) Fowler, Jr., Jimmy Fowler. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Crystal Vargyas, Santiago 'œJim' (Nicole) Martinez, Daniel (Shannon) McKinney, Richard (Alison) Black, Charles (Christi) Black, John (Katherine) Black, Brandon (Jennifer) Riebe, Kimberly (Joshua) Forbes, Barbara Alsept; sisters, Brenda Boyd, Roberta Gharib; brothers, Fredrick 'œButch' Sine, Larry Houghtlen; special niece and friend, Tammy Heinzerling; many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; BFF'™s, Peggy Cales and Chris Stelter. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd 'œBud' Fowler, Sr.; daughter, Pamela; son, David Jr.; brothers, Ralph, Ronald 'œPete' Sine; sister, Susan Ramos; ex-husband and friend, David 'œPapa Dave' McKinney. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 1-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday in the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
