Sandra Lee Penn Swan Sandra Lee Penn Swan, 56, of Hoytville, Ohio and formerly of Northwood and Toledo passed away Saturday, December 27, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital. Sandra was born in Toledo on March 6, 1947 to Kenneth and Betty (Byers) Penn. She gaduated from Olney High School in 1965. Sandra was a member of the Nazarene Church of Findlay and a member of Just As I Am Church in Toledo. She had worked at HSE Financial, Hickory Farms, and at NFO Research. Sandra received a Honorable Chief Plaque from the U. S. Navy reserve for all her dedication. She is survived by husband, ITC Robert W. Sr. USNR; children Robert W. Jr. (Michelle), Kenneth G. (Heather) Swan; grandchildren, Nicholas Swan and his mother, Sherry Rollins, Krystal Faye Swan and her mother, Tracy Lagare, Kenny Lloyd Swan; brothers-in-law, Thomas (Joyce) Swan and Ronald Swan; close friends and extended family, Martha Palichuck, Dorothy and Charlie Hiebeck, Linda Cook, Tom Evener and Gene Billings. Family and friends may call at the Eggleston-Meinert-Pavley Funeral Home, Woodville Road Chapel, 1111 Woodville Rd. Millbury, Ohio on Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 noon until 9:00 p.m.. There will be no visitation on New Years Day. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Jan. 2, 2003, at 11:00 AM. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Township cemetery.
