Sarah Jane Hricovsky, 89, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Sarah was born on October 24, 1935 to Nicholas and Agnes (Bocik) Estvanik. She graduated from Central Catholic High School, and then the Mercy School of Nursing as an RN in 1956. Sarah was a member of Holy Rosary Parish until it's closing and then for the past 20 years at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling-especially to beach destinations, cooking and baking, and playing BINGO. She was an avid fan of Notre Dame Football, Duke Blue Devils Basketball, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Detroit Tigers. What Sarah cherished most was spending time with her loving family.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Hricovsky, Kathryn Holman, Christine Hricovsky; son, Joseph (Marla) Hricovsky; grandchildren, Marisa (Patrick), Dominik, Gabriel, Andrea, Benjamin, Matthew, Kelly, Michelle, Natalie, Joseph; great-grandchildren, Alyson, Aliana, Zolia; sister, Teresa Teifke; brother, Nicholas Estavanik; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph; daughter, Cynthia Hricovsky; and sister, Mary Lou Hricovsky.

The family will receive friends at St. Ignatius Church, 212 N. Stadium Rd., Oregon, Ohio, 43616, Friday, March 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy in Sarah's name may be directed to St. Louis Helping Hands or St. Ignatius Church.
