Selma J. LaHote, 91, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday,, June 21, 2018 at Parkcliffe of Northwood. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 24, 1927 to Horace and Eda (Lenz) Pullen. She married the love of her life, Robert E. LaHote on February 22, 1946 who preceded her in death. She always enjoyed hosting and was known for her cooking. She was a selfless woman always looking out and helping others. Selma had the gift of gab and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. What she cherished most was her family, especially her grandchildren. Selma is survived by her children, Bob (Marcia) LaHote, Tim (Debbie) LaHote; grandchildren, Bobby, Billy, Mark; and great-grandchildren, Katilyn and Harper; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 2-8 pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
