Sheila A. Bronner, 62, of Toledo , Ohio , peacefully passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo , surrounded by her loving family and friends. Sheila was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on March 31, 1950 to Martin and Alice Mae (Rife) Hansen. On July 11, 1987, she married Gregory Bronner who was her best friend, her companion, and her love who made many sacrifices to ensure her happiness. For many years, Sheila worked as a dental assistant. Sheila loved to bake, golf, sing, dance and laugh. She enjoyed University of Michigan Football, where she loved to tailgate. She was a dedicated wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend. Her true passion was spending time with the light of her life; her children and grandchildren. All who knew her will remember her infectious laugh. Sheila is survived by her husband of 25 years, Greg; children, Bryce A. (Jen) Bronner, Sarah E. (Steve) Goff, and Andrew J. (Candace) Hatmaker; mother, Alice Hansen; grandchildren, Riley, Isabel, Ty, and Drew; brothers, John (Sue) Hansen and Bob (Julie) Hansen, along with many nieces and nephews. Sheila was preceded in death by her father. Sheila was blessed to have countless friends, especially her sister-in-law, Tae Naumes who always offered hope and encouragement and special friends, Dave and Cheryl Lawson, who became family. Friends may call at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday from 2:00-8:00 pm. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, at 11:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church, 21140 W. Toledo Street, Williston, where family and friends will be received beginning at 10:00 am. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, The ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter or St. John Lutheran Church.
