Shirley A. Fitzpatrick, 75, passed away on May 7, 2015. Shirley was born May 8, 1939 to Joseph and Florence Graeff in Toledo, Ohio. Her first birthday present was a brand new baby brother born May 8, 1940. Shirley worked at various food service industries including: Madison Buffet, 15 years; Posner's Delicatessen, 14 years; and Bank Café. Shirley was a skillful seamstress and made the hats her husband wore, which everyone knew him by. She loved arts and crafts, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles and working in her yard. She liked casino gambling, the Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Ravens and was a member of VFW Post 2510.
Shirley is survived by her husband and soul mate, Nathan; granddaughter, Gina (Toby) Petre; great-grandchildren, Mylisa Mckenzie, Leslie, Shelbie, Angie, Mitchell, Brock and Alex Petre; great-great grandchildren, Icey and Liberty Esselburn; step-daughters, Donna Fitzpatrick, Barbie Lov, Anne Hughs, Selena Owens; sisters, Jeanne (Bill) Panos, Joanne Hampton; special sisters-in-law Shirley (Leroy) Madison and Julia Fitzpatrick. She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Leroux; brother, Joseph Graeff; only son, Leonard "Tony" Napolski; and step-son, Jeffrey Fitzpatrick.
Private services will be held in Willow Cemetery. Those wishing an expression of sympathy may do so to the charity of the donor's choice. Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
